Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. This is known as the cooling‑off period. Customers have 14 days from the date they notify us of cancellation to return the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any packaging intact.
3. Refunds
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds include:

The original standard delivery cost (if applicable)
Refunds do not include:
Upgraded delivery services (e.g., express shipping)
Personalised or custom‑made items, unless they are faulty or not as described
4. Return Postage Costs
If the item is unwanted, the customer is responsible for return postage.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return postage or provide a prepaid label.
